Our current clients include managers and staff, board members, donors, institutional investors, affiliate network representatives, staff of private voluntary organizations, consultants, and researchers. IDEAS seeks to assist these clients to better hear the needs and preferences of the poor and lower income persons so as to more effectively assist them in their own process of empowerment.
